Services include False Claims Act matters, proposal and contract management on Multiple Award Schedule Contracting Vehicles, and all federal contracting including state & local, government, commercial and international affairs.

With over twenty five years of extensive experience in government contracting, have had several assignments as an outside contractor for Randstad/Mergis Group doing temporary and permanent work. During one long term assignment, successfully obtained a GSA Schedule for the country’s largest small business start-up, Energy Enterprise Solutions. While serving as their contracting officer to the Department of Energy for their IT Nuclear Contract. Successfully managed 300 third tier subcontractors.
OCE NORTH AMERICA GSA/Federal Manager, (2004-2005)
Serve as the Primary Negotiator and Manger of several GSA Schedules and other Federal Contracts. Handle company wide audit and ten year renewal of their GSA Schedule 38 contract. Conduct investigation of merger between Imagistics and Oce Imagistics.
