Full-Time nanny for two young children ages 2 1/2 to 18 months when I started the job. When the job ended the kids were 10 and 9 years of age. My responsibilities included teaching the children manners and social graces, language skills and proper etiquette. I drove them to school and any all activities. Cooking, laundry, grocery shopping and tiding up the house were also part the job. We moved three times and I helped make sure everything went smoothly. Homework was another part of my responsibilities and making sure they were quizzed on what they studied. I always made sure if they were sick I took them to the doctor’s office. Cooking nutritious meals and encouraging the children to try new things at the dinner table was taught too. In this job I helped make sure the household ran smoothly and did what needed to be done. I even helped out the all the pets in the household. If they needed to go the vet I took them. Kathleen M. Bertrand
