Project manager and cost-estimate engineer:
June 2013-Sep 2019: Al-Rabia Construction Est. (RCE) Amman-Jordan
Cost estimate engineer for different projects and tenders, studying projects documents, drawing, BOQ’s, specifications and pricing.
Project manager, on the construction project of the secondary school for girls, Ma’an-Jordan, Ministry of Public Works. Duties;
● Project Cycle Management & Project Tracks Management: work closely with technical leads; provide direction, guidance, and priority setting at team level. Oversee planning, expenditure tracking, and budget follow up.
● Monitoring of schedules, updating plans and requesting data for timely reporting.
● Oversee procurement processes, manage the provision of material and services for the projects following established corporate procedures regarding sub-contract review and awarding of contracts, evaluate for cost effectiveness.
● Coordination: Represent, Coordinate and Liaise with project partners and key stakeholders such as local administrations, authorities, ministries, NGOs, communities & others where required.
● Reporting: Monitoring project implementation and preparing technical progress reports.
● Quality control: provide technical inputs and guidance and ensure that technical quality and standards are considered

And low-income housing project/Ajloun-Jordan) for the Housing and Urban Development Cooperation. Works include infrastructure and construction works. Duties;
●Liaising with project staff for any requirements regarding the project (meetings, request documents, preparing reports)
● Follow up supplying materials and coordination between subcontractors.

● Review bill of quantities BOQ's and study tenders’ document and drawings.
● Prepare the required shop drawings, as built drawings, and the engineering designs for the reconstruction works
