1. Planning staffing strategy and handling recruitment team for (onroll-Offroll) hiring. 2. Competency mapping of manager level profiles by screening resumes to find right match as per the requirement
3. Supporting in formulation of HR policies for smooth functioning of the company. 4. Final round of interview and salary negotiation with the middle and above manager level profiles of selected candidates
