To Whom It May Concern:

I severed as the Camp Director, while Victor Hugo Trejo participated as a staff member at Forest Lawn Scout Reservation, a Boy Scout Summer Camp located in Lake Arrowhead area. He served as a staff member in the Trail to First Class program, where he had the privilege of teaching younger youth on how to become a better Scout.

Being a motivated young man, Victor made his mark on the staff and the campers. He can communicate with anyone that he meets young or old. Most people fear public speaking, but Victor owned the stage whenever he performed. He made his audience laugh with skits and songs but could also make that same audience listen when he needed to speak.

In my almost twelve years of knowing him, he has been a man of his word and holds what he learned in Boy Scouts true to his values. He has made some mistakes here and there, but they were all learning opportunities that he took advantage of, very rarely if ever, would he repeat a mistake. No matter what job he did, he did it with a smile and with charisma.

If you are searching for a motivated individual, who is ready to learn, has the guts to take a risk and is not afraid to make a mistake to learn, then Victor Trejo would be a great addition to your program.
