Submit the requestes to Health authorithy and isurance company to get approval for nurses and patients. Following up these requests till approval.

Making weekly schadual of the duty for the nurses with the pationts.

Optain and maintain Employees Files.

Ensure and follow up the implement of the management instruction.

Answered all incoming calls and handled caller’s inquiries Received incoming calls and transfer it to the concerning persons.

Making outgoing calls and Follow-up the requirements from Clints.
