Receive endorsement from outgoing nurse
Give accurate report/endorsement about patient’s condition and treatment
prescribed by the physician to incoming nurse.
Provide for the physical,,social and spiritual needs of the patient
Protect patient from infection and accident
Prepare the patient and the necessary equipment use for diagnostic procedure and assist the physician.
Provide general and physical care assign to his/her condition
Collect samples as requested by the medical team for laboratory investigations.
Take and record vital signs and inform physician
Assist in setting up intravenous infusion and maintain an accurate records of fluids administered to the patient.
Administered medication and perform treatment ordered by the doctor.
Establish and maintain a good rapport with working colleagues.
