Pfroduction Planner II —TRANSCORE TECHNOLOGIES, Albuquerque, NM 04-21 – Present

Working with Mfg. Supervisor, planning all material for systems, allocating material to Work Order (Kits), for all Sub-Assy’s, and all Final Assy’s, for Sales Orders/Customers. Monitoring and expediting material shortages. Addressing all Non-Conformance Materials, tracking all materials to ensure the Kits, are ready for Mfg, with no shortages. Daily Meetings with management, working with Warehouse personnel to ensure kits, are set up and audited for Mfg. Allocating all Finished Goods, to ship out to Customers.

Sr. Planner—SOLAERO TECHNOLOGIES, (NASA) Albuquerque, NM 01-18 – 11-19

Interacted with Prog. Managers and Engineers daily, utilized Eng. BOM’s, to provide all materials, ensure material availability for production. Expedited materials daily to ensure all programs have material needed for start of production. Created Pivot Tables/V-Lookup, for all programs.

Processed materials through QA. Held Material Readiness, meetings with Engineers and Prog. Managers, on all programs, to align as needed, for production of Solar Panels for satellites, in Lower Equinox Orbit (LEO).

R & D Planner—HEWLETT PACKARD, San Diego, CA (Contract w/Kforce) 03-16 – 09-16

Interacted with Engineers daily, scheduled and coordinated demand/supply management, business processes and/or manufacturing and delivery of products and services. Lead and worked with cross-functional teams, created and implemented plans that enable the execution of business strategies. Review of BOM’s. Held weekly meetings with Engineers and Production teams in Israel.

Material Program Manager—PRATT & WHITNEY, (DOD) - San Diego, CA (Contract w/Apollo) 05-14 – 01-16

Executed Planning for five major high-volume programs, Military & Commercial. Shop Floor linkage between suppliers & mechanics, also managed and resolved all rejections, worked with QA, worked with expeditors in Poland for program requests. Managed finished goods material. Issued work orders and serial numbers to align with current build. Global Logistics, Fed Ex, Old Dominion. * Broke the record on my five assigned programs.

Sr. Material Analyst—GENERAL DYNAMICS (DOD) - NASSCO, San Diego, CA 08-04 – 01-14

Worked in conjunction with engineering to ensure most current Revision for Bill of Materials were current and all materials were available with safety stock, daily contact with suppliers to ensure schedule is met, ordered material, communicated with all dept’s to ensure material movement, conducted high dollar audits for purchasing, prepared and processed companywide requisitions, purchase orders, worked sub-assemblies. End Item BOM’s. Worked with suppliers to improve delivery dates and I processed RMA’s. Responsible for safety stock, on all commodities, in the Ship Yard. Knowledge of ITAR and ISO 9000.

Buyer/Planner – SONY, San Diego, CA 2001 – 2002

Responsible to order various commodities, utilized blanket purchase orders, worked directly with suppliers for just in time deliveries (JIT), met in daily meetings to confirm that all materials were available and ready for installation in production. Extensive excel files linking all products, to master schedule sheet.

Production Audit Analyst – GENERAL DYNAMICS (DOD) - Convair Division, San Diego, CA 1984 – 1994

Worked for Tomahawk Cruise Missile Programs, was responsible for 17 Final Assy Lines of Production and worked daily with the Master Component Schedule, to align with Production, was responsible for expedited shop made materials and vendor made spec. materials. Closed out Travelers, conducted high dollar audits and analyzed all materials to locate where they were allocated, for DOD Audits as required.
