Cultivating the growth of two and three year-olds in a school setting, preparing my students for primary school by using an inclusive curriculum I have developed. Documenting each child's advancement throughout the year and presenting benchmarks in parent-teacher conferences, as well as answering and guiding parents through any concerns or questions.
