JOB PROFILE

● Support the H&S Manager in developing & implementing the Company Health & Safety policies and procedures.

● Maintain monthly records of all health and safety events for company

● Comply and maintain H&S statistics of all the projects.

● Management of OH &MS documentation and records (Revisions, tracking, records)

● Prepare safety presentations (Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports).

● Conduct Internal Safety Audits and Inspection as required.

● Prepare Safety Alerts/Bulletins.

● Participate in H&S Awareness Campaign

● To train the workers about the risk assessment in workplace.

● Co-ordinate with site safety office for progress and follow ups.

● Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationship with clients and subcontractor

● Coordinate all activities related to the Health and Safety administration procedure

● Attending Preparatory meetings prior to start of any new feature of work and explaining the Hazard analysis / Safety precautions to be taken before or starting the work.

● Monitoring the implementation of safety rules and regulations for reducing and controlling Accidents, incidents in the site.

● Delegate responsibilities to Safety Officers and Safety Assistants to provide an effective safety monitoring and supervisor support program.

● Inspection of PPEs, tools & equipment for Safety compliance prior to start of work.

● Conduct regular job safety and workplace inspection at all areas of site operation and construction with relevant responsible person and follow up the corrective action taken.

● In cooperating with contractors to conduct safety awareness and training program, addressed to safety issues to improve knowledge and competency of worker in doing task.

● Promote actions to identify hazards and eliminate them before the accident occurs.

● Monitor HSE performance, HSE targets and suggest measures for further improvement.

● Monitor contractors to ensure the implementation applicable Safety measures.

● Review Hazard Analysis / Risk Assessment Plan for all key activities and Monitor the effectiveness of hazard control measures, job safety plans and work method statements at site and carry out HSE visit and report to Resident Engineer for immediate rectification.

● Review and Monitor Contractors monthly HSE inspections / reports. COMPETENCES
