• Create budget for sign off, get supporting documentation from suppliers and attach to budget

• Processing invoices and sending them to Finance for payment and approval

• Work with the communications team to draft and send communication to all involved

• Arrange travel arrangements and accommodation to all stakeholder travelling for the roadshows

• Work with the RSVP Agency to manage numbers attending the events
