Job summary:

PT/CED + SHEET METAL + CHASSIS LINE + New Product development

Laboratory analysis of all PT/CED baths parameter and paint incoming parameters.

To monitoring the oil separator (Alkali tank), Filter press (Phosphate tank), CED tank filter and Anolyte tank concentration.

Online Quality confirmation of Painted bodies.

PT Chemicals and CED paints addition on the basis of production plan.

Carry out daily process audits to reduce the abnormalities in the process.

Prepare daily/monthly process audit check sheet reports.

To check Dry film properties & phosphate coating weight in lab.

Trouble shooting of PT/CED coating system.

Giving Training to new joiners.

To monitoring the sheet metal paint viscosity, Gun flow rate, Air pressure, Spray booth temperature, spray booth humidity.
