I was also offered a position as a student teacher at Skukuza Primary School while I also pursued my teaching degree. As a student teacher, I supported the teachers with the day-to- day operations of managing a classroom, such as assigning lessons and activities. For five years, I assisted in Grade R, Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3 classrooms before being assigned to temporarily facilitate the bridging class.
