Import Coordination

• Tracked all in-coming containers for Colgate Palmolive Ghana.

• Ensured all statutory documents for receiving containers into bond are available.

• Collaborated with customs and preventive service for the examination of goods in the warehouse.

Achievement: 151 TEUS received into bond at 99.8% reception accuracy. Reduced cumulative demurrage by 90%.

Export Coordination

• Supported the export desk by providing the requisite declarations for the re-export of Colgate Palmolive products to destinations in west and central Africa.

• Received and assessed all re-export documents before stuffing containers.
