MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execution of work as per drawings (both Architectural & Structural drawings)

Rechecking the bar bending schedule.

Day to day work scheduling, monitoring & execution.

Preparation of the program of works (Baseline, updates, revisions),

and look ahead and supporting the Project Manager.

Taking the work progress report from the foreman of each section.

General site supervisory duties for Shuttering, Reinforcement and concreting works.

Coordination with Consultant & Project Manager regarding works and inspection.

Raising Inspection Report (IR) for each section of work and take aproval from consultant after inspection.

Maintaining the Qa/Qc report of Soil compaction (FDT), Compression strength test of cube sample, Material approved by consultant.

Raising technical queries (TQ) if any discripency found in structure and architecture drawing at presence of project manager.

Checking Concrete Slump test and concrete temperature at site.

Maintaining weekly/monthly report of concrete done at site.

Preparing daily/weekly and monthly progress report.

Sourcing enquiries to store incharge for construction material.

Checking technical design and drawing to ensure that they are following correctly.

Supervise sub-contractors staff and workers and give them sufficient work front.

Making daily allocation report of manpower and machinery work to discuss with Project Engineer.

Controlling wastages manpower quality within given time frame to achieve day to day targets.

Supervising site as per consultant requirements.

Coordinating with other sites to check for the material spare.

Ensuring project packages meet with agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
