OPTIMIZATION OF LOW VOLTAGE 9T SRAM CELL WITH ENHANCED READ AND WRITE OPERATION Guide: Dr. Sunita Dahiya
Dept. of Electronics and Communication
D.C.R.U.S.T(Murthal)
9T SRAM cell was presented at 1 voltage using 45nm technology.
Separate read ports, transistor sizing, cell stability and technology node were the optimization factors.
Improvement in RSNM, WSNM and static power dissipation has been obtained and compared with conventional 6T SRAM cell.
Stability analysis was done with existing 6T,7T, 8T and 9T SRAM cell.
Cadence Virtuoso and EDA tanner tool were used for simulations and calculations. PUBLICATIONS
