Description

My bachelor's in Business Management majoring in accounting at Muteesa 1 Royal University has given me a solid background to undertake any role. I possess complementary abilities in general administration support take with good Customer service.

Iam a self motivated and driven individual and put effort into my assignments that I undertake. I have the ability to work as an individual but also work well with in a team. I also have good communication skills, ability to learn fast, adapt and catch onto new environments and multi-cultural settings.

C: WORK EXPERIENCE.

(a)SSEKWIMINSU FARM SUPPLY LTD. (1st Oct 2020- 30th April 2021)

Provide administrative support to ensure company's are maintained effectively by receiving all mails and acknowledging all receipts, Receiving schedules for all meetings, managing all files and attending to all visitors.

Managing and controlling imprest system by preparing petty cash payment vouchers, generating reports on utilization of imprest.

Managing office welfare by conducting office cleanliness and all welfare activities including tea, meals, replenishments of first aid box and monitor the utilization of assets and equipments.

(b) SAFEBODA

Call center Associate (2nd Jan 2020 -30th Sept 2020) KAMPALA, Uganda.

I had to attend to every customer and safeboda grievances during each call I received.

My work was to pick calls from Safeboda riders and customers that needed help with topping up on their safeboda accounts[wallets].

Helped with airtime not reflecting.

Helped with mainly SafeBoda riders who where inquiring about cash or cashless trips, mainly those who wanted to know which trip they where taking.

Helped with safeboda riders who were inquiring about their loan balances or bonuses on their accounts.

Customers wanting clarity on their food order details.

Ending customers and Safeboda rider's trips which had failed to end or start on their app.

Giving safeboda riders directions to customer's locations, if they have failed to allocate it.

Also with every call received, i had to make a ticket or track every issue that came my way and all.this was done on a computer in real time.

I was also allocated to the food section where I had to make calls in order to make sure our customers where satisfied with the service rendered by our SafeBoda riders.

I was also responsible for call the vendor incase the customer had a charge in food order or was not responding to our calls after order so that his or her order would be stopped or could be replaced.

(c) UGANDA REVENUE AUTHORITY as a graduate trainee for three months under Domestic Tax, Entebbe department in 2019. ( 1st June 2019 - 30th August 2019)

Returns.

Assisting in the field in making assessments of different taxpayers for small business income tax 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Financial year.

Making payments to the bank for different taxpayers in Entebbe. Making reports of taxpayers who made payments in 2018 and 2019 while using ms excel.

Formation of Taxable Identification Numbers for different taxpayers.

(d) REVOLVE TACK COMPANY: I worked for six months in accounting section especially in making invoices, vouchers, ledger accounting and in Registration in 2017.
