Started as the Executive Director/Administrator in Richmond and Williamsburg, VA locations. During my tenure, I also opened a TriCIties and Fredericksburg office. I oversaw the financial, compliance, and staffing of all offices. ATHC Hospice under my leadership, met and exceeded the EBITDA contributions required by corporate expectations. All offices of ATHC Hospice has been surveyed by state and CHAP’s without deficiencies. Prior to being surveyed by CHAP’s, the original two offices were also surveyed by ACHC and passed.

During my employment at Brookside Home Health Care, I oversaw the Saluda branch, and also served in the Newport News and Richmond branches as well. As the Director of Office Operations, I oversaw the daily office operations as well as the field operations. I was responsible for overseeing and maintaining the budget on a monthly basis. I was responsible for all hiring, training, evaluations and performance improvement plans for approximately 30 direct employees.
