Monitoring GRE lamination process, ensure the method of process for lamination joints

Monitoring the GRE bevel end joint preparation method before lamination.

Ensure the Selection suitable lamination method and recipe according to the size and pressure rating system as per the lamination procedure.

Ensuring qc inspector will Check the mix ratio of resin and hardener, type of glass, resin and catalyst etc. The mixing ratio shall be as per product data sheet guidelines

Ensuring the lamination layers and required layers achieved.

Ensuring the team Conducting 100% visual inspection and ensuring no defects.

Monitor the heat blanket operation according the instruction given in lamination procedure.

Shall ensure throughout monitoring and surveillance that all GRE Works are executed in accordance with the Project specifications and are inspected accordingly.

Ensure throughout surveillance, that the storage conditions for GRE material are being maintained as per manufacturers' recommendations by the respective in-charge personnel.

Duties in Painting and coating to monitor the inspection activities;-

Ensuring with coating inspector Climate reading tables and temperature readings should be noted every 2hours humidity, wet bulb, dry bulb. Temperature measuring equipment should be available for that.

Monitoring the Painting system number should be as per our approved spec according to the line system and fluid

Confirming with painting inspectors that Paint coat surface should be cleaned as per our project spec, by compressed air ect.. it should be free from mud dust sand, grease .or other oil substances.

Cross verifying DFT,WFT, Holiday detectors should have calibrated and issued to the coating and painting inspectors

Surveillance and review of coating inspector Report preparation and ensuring the updated form is in use for reporting.
