Carry out maintenance & troubleshooting of transformer, HT switchgear, LT Switchgear, MCC Panel, TCP Panel, GRP Panel, DCDB, Panel, MCSP Panel, AVR Panel,11 KV HT VFD & Motor, EOT Crane, Air Compressor, UPS, Battery bank, HP & LP Actuator, Vibration Sensor, Steam water analyzing system. Developing logic for DCS (PCS-7), MCC control logic modification, making interlock for system, HMI parameter setting identify the problem of machineries and take necessary step for solution problems of HMI, DCS, SCADA base control & protection system.
Modify program and configure hardwire of SIEMENSE DCS (PCS-7) and PLC (S7-400) based burner management system.
Troubleshooting and calibration of Level, Pressure, Flow Transmitter, PH, conductivity transmitter & difference type of Control Valves (Such as: Level, Pressure, Flow, and Temperature).
