Nitrogen generators: filters, dryers, O2 content monitoring in the nitrogen, filters

Changing over, liquid draining in the vessels.

Boilers: boiler operations (niprox unit, boiler water analysis of ph, chloride and

oxygen), hot water system temp maintaining, hot water expansion vessel pressure and

level maintaining.Shunt pumps operation. LP fuel gas filters inspection and replacing.

Fuel gas filters change over.

Pumps: cooling sea water pumps operation, cooling sea water pressure maintaining,

efficient pumps changing over. pumps starting, stopping, strainer cleaning, abnormal

sound checking,vibration monitoring, leak checking,etc.

RO Unit: Reverse osmosis unit start up and shut down, fresh water pumps, fresh water

pressure maintaining. chemical injection.RO back washing and filters change over.

Responsibilities:

Make regular routine checks of all Equipment and Units to ensure that they are functioning correctly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure.

Daily Checking and recording of log sheet parameters such as pressure, temperature, level, flow of water,oil and gas .

Informing abnormal plant operational conditions to Supervisor and generating reports .

Report at Equipment and Instrument defects and leaks immediately to my supervisor and take possible corrective action.

Daily Reporting of shift activities to supervisor and maintaining log book & various registers

Assist in carrying out the Routine Weekly Run Tests of Equipments like Emergency Diesel Generator diesel and Electrical Fire Pumps. etc.,

Unload Chemicals into Tanks for Injections, Start and adjust the Flow Rate of Chemical Injection Pumps as required.

Collect Oil, Gas, and Water Samples and measure the Water Cut in Oil, Salt Concentration in the Produced Water and pass the samples to the Laboratory for Analysis.

Be aware of safety rules and regulations,Emergency response,Medi-vac activities and all safety precautions relevant to Plant facilities.

Initiate and lead Fire Fighting or other emergency actions in my area until taken over by a higher authority.

Maintaining good house keeping.

Making detailed daily production report.
