Approved membership of “ Tajadod Wrestling House in Esfahan ” serving as a 3rd grade freestyle wrestling coach and a nutrition consultant since 2012.

Responsibilities

Conduct Iranian style wrestling classes to students and deliver lectures to students on various topics on wrestling theoretically as well as practically.

Provide trainee with warm-up know-how

Plan and carry out various activities during wrestling sessions and do fitness training.

Organize and prepare classroom for sports activities and cardio and weight training.

Demonstration and instructions of related general skills for trainees.

Attend to weight training, motor skills, and correct moves trainees’ individual needs.

Prepare the fitness activities and develop the techniques.

Instruct groups and individuals sporting activities especially for go cycling, hiking, and nature trekking
