Fonterra Brands Philippines March 2000- December 2019 Logistics and Procurement Manager (February 2018 – December 2019) Managed third-party logistics (3PL) providers to meet delivery of products on-time and in-full, from the warehouses to the customers while adhering to the operations budget. Managed the procurement of the organization’s needs for goods and services. Ensured compliance to business standards and procedures.

Selected Key Accomplishments

• Achieved 95% delivery in-full and on-time (DIFOT) to key customers in 2019 which helped achieved double digit growth in the organization’s foodservice business. Fonterra was awarded Jollibee’s CPO’s club award in May 2019 as recognition to delivery innovations and to high service levels.

• Implemented cost reduction projects related to optimization of container utilization and trip routing that delivered annual PHP 3.3 M savings (3% of spend)

• Led the transition to a new 3PL and distributor model for the foodservice business which will deliver reduced working capital for the organization

• Led the transition to the new 3PL provider in May 2018 which delivered an annual storage savings of PHP 6.4 M (7% reduction)

• Achieved savings of P2.2M (18% reduction) through development of new supplier for corrugated cartons and P1M (2% reduction) through right-sizing the flexible specifications in 2017
