Direct the development of a 10 Surgeon partnership merger between three practices, spearhead real estate lease and purchase negotiations five additional sites. Peruse financial, business model and agreements of existing practices and develop a model for consolidation. Manage a budget of $35mil, while integrating a combined staff of 50, including Physicians, licensed and support staff. Served as liaison with other Institutions and managed patient flow of 650 open-heart cases and over 1,200 interventional cases annually.
