Developed and Managed equipment maintenance programs and maintenance upgrade projects. Tasked with investigating cost effective modifications to minimize downtime. Projects crossed various equipment types, personnel areas and operating systems.

Identified and Reassigned Equipment Criticality, Developed Failure Mode codes based on delay tracking data. Assets were reassigned new operational criticality codes and, within reason, new failure mode codes were developed such that a more complete picture of operational liabilities could be identified. Wishbone diagrams for root cause analysis were routinely formulated.
