● send the project out to the salesman who the engineer belongs to for work up and notify the salesman with the customer bidding on the project that their customer is on the bid list.

● If the engineer is out of territory for any of the other remaining 47 states. Find and contact the rep for that engineer for pricing and proposal.

● keep a detailed spreadsheet of what is active and when they are all due and from who.
