Job Responsibility:

• Implement Company’s Safety Policy and Procedure.

• Giving HSE induction training for all the employees.

• Carry out daily toolbox talk for the all employees.

• Carry out daily site survey to ensure that safe work methods are in operation.

• Health safety environment requirements are being observed.

• Daily audit of work permit, JSA and method statement.

• Preparing JSA and attend meeting for review.

• Make sure that personnel protective equipment is suitable for use and for which it is intended and to be worn by everybody always

• Determine the causes of any accident or dangerous occurrence and recommended means of preventing them.

• Assist with the HSE department for the training of the employees at the levels, taken part in discussion on the injury, damage and near misses.

• Keep up to date with recommended codes of practice and safety literature.

• Attend the meeting where safety is an item in the agenda and keep all the records of safety meetings on site with subject and attendance.

• Ensure that access and egress are always free from any obstructions.

• Make sure that the flammable materials are stored in rational manner.

• Make sure the basic firefighting equipment are fully operational and placed accordingly.

• Inspection of portable firefighting equipment.
