With over 35 years of experience of building, and running large branded Timeshare Resorts as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. January 2013- Current

CEO East West Best Inc.

Consulting for some of the largest timeshare brands in the industry. Focused on building new timeshare startups for sales and marketing. Building large in-house, marketing team culture that thrives with daily success. This is leading to high penetration and strong VPGs for the in-house sales team. Taking advantage of the surrounding area to create high quality linkage marketing locations for the front line tours. Working with several top 5 star brands: Royalton Resorts in St Lucia, Antigua, Starwood, Hyatt in Key West, Welk Resorts, Marriott, Bluegreen, Wyndham Resorts, Holiday Inn. Bringing my expertise of hands on in-house and field training to motivate all sales and marketing staff to perform at a consistent high level.

2010-2013:

Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Hyatt Resorts in Key West Florida.

Instrumental in turning around a large in-house marketing team by increasing tour penetration by over 50%! Also rebuilding and recruiting amazing sales and marketing talent for a tremendous team culture. Opened up several new low cost marketing linkage locations in Key West. Also built several new marketing processes through daily training for all in-house reps.

With increasing the resorts overall net sales volume.

2002- 2010:

CEO of Elite Concierge in Myrtle Beach South Carolina.

Partnered with one of the largest hotel and golf ownership groups to run over 20 large 5 star ocean front linkage hotel guest service desk. We built a superb marketing team that delivered five star guest service daily. Also booking over 30,000 net linkage tours a year. Focused on posturing all tours for the highest possible daily VPG! We contracted with branded timeshare resorts to sell high quality tours that generated outstanding net sales volume.

1995-2001

Vice President of Sales and Marketing Starwood Resorts Orlando:

Was one of the very first Vice Presidents hired to open up several new timeshare resorts in key markets. We opened Myrtle Beach, Atlantis in the Bahamas, St Johns in the Caribbean. World Golf Village, Port St Lucia with gigantic success. By selling over 100 million a year in net sales with a very high closing percentage. Building a great team culture that thrived at all sales sites daily!

1983-1994

Director of Marketing for Orange Lake Resort in Orlando.

Helped build one of the largest single site marketing machines in the world. By negotiating and securing over 30 large hotel lobby guest services desk contracts. We generated over 100,000 net linkage tours per year with an excellent VPG. Managed a Linkage and in-house team of over 100 highly motivated reps. We built a incredible in-house marketing team that maximized every guest checkin. Was the ARDA awards Gold winner in 1988 while at Orange Lake. Employee of the year in 1989 for Orange Lake Resort.

1981-1983

Chateau La Grand in Biloxi MS.

Started my career as a In-house timeshare marketing and sales representative. Worked the ocean front lobby booking high quality in-house tours! Was promoted to inhouse marketing manager after the first full year because of my stellar inhouse booking results.
