HARMONY LAVALLEE

West Warren, MA

(C) 413-***-****

ado2k2@r.postjobfree.com

I am looking for a company where I fit in and which encourages me to grow and advance.

I was a full-time student in a remote and accelerated bachelor's degree program and for the the first semester of my master's degree.

This prepared me to be a strong candidate for many positions since covid changed the working environment as we knew it. Due to my familiarity of remote learning and using computers and various programs to do mostly everything. I am comfortable working, communicating with people and using the various software and programs to accomplish the variety of challenges that can arise.

While I am outgoing and work well in a team-setting, I also do very well independently with little oversight to accomplish deadlines and goals that need to be met. I'm adaptable and able to find a solution or someone who has one on my own, problem-solving, research, and logic/reason are my strong suits.

●In this position, the relationship with your customers literally determined how well you susucceededet

Time management and attention to detail -

• The way to keep your customers happy was to be on time or earlier if possible, and to make sure their order was complete and accurate when they receive it.

● It was very important that from the moment you accepted an order that you updated your progress and anything that might hinder a timely arrival at every step of the order. When you reach the restaurant, when you confirm the order pick up and accurate items, when you are en route to the drop off location, and once there to locate any specific instructions on how to complete the delivery.

●Your orders were timed for instacart and the customer's sake so you needed to pay close attention to that because how well you did depended a lot on that and of course how well you were able to communicate with the customer and provide the items requested or as close to as you possibly could.
