As a project manager and estimator, I have an extensive work history with various government procurement vehicles such as SABER, JOC, TOC, Multi-Trade and IDIQ construction contracts coupled with negotiated Design/Build efforts and Competitive – Negotiated Bid/Build awards. My experience ranges from Electrical Construction to General Construction and Construction Management and Contract Administration.

EMPLOYMENT:

Employed as a Christman Company Consultant/Temporary Contract employee on the Architect of the Capitol’s “Presidential Inaugural Stands and Support Facilities” Project No. CB18010.

Project Manager, NTVI – July, 2014 to November, 2014. Design/Build Construction Manager for a $ 15M Design/Build project to construct a Child Care Center at N.I.H. Bethesda, Md.

Project Manager, Edifice Studio Architectural and Construction Contracting- June, 2013 to February 2014. My initial duties were to receive and reconstitute several, on-going Federal Government Design/Build projects that were behind schedule and failed to meet contract requirements. Said projects were completed “Safely”; “On Time”; and “With-in Budget”. Each of these challenges required intense management and coordination of architects, engineers and contractors in order to resolve major field issues and to render these projects as “fully” contract compliant. As a concurrent responsibility, I was tasked, with initiating and completing all Design and Pre-Construction activities for a Historic Restoration Design/Build effort at Ft. Belvoir.

Many of the projects assigned to me by O’Donnell were negotiated Design/Build Construction Contracts with the US Army Corps of Engineers. As Estimator/Project Manager I was allowed “full-responsibility” from Conception to Completion. As such my responsibilities ranged from Scope/Design Criteria Development to Cost Estimating/Negotiations to Preconstruction, Scheduling, Procurement and Acquisition to successful Completion and Close-out, including the submission of our Warranty Management Plans. Thereby, these wide-ranging duties required:

•The ability to select, manage and coordinate a team of architects, engineers and contractors.

•A strong knowledge of administrative and management controls and processes to insure the safe and timely completion of all work while maintaining budgets, contract compliance, quality control and a high level of customer/client satisfaction.
