Join the conversion team under CACI contract to NAVSUP Headquarters to support the conversion from NAVSUP legacy IT systems to Navy ERP. I am a lead Developer and the "Point Of Contact" for the conversion of material management at the wholesale level during the phased migration of 3 groups of material comprising the universe of NAVICP managed items.

Responsible include the design, development and maintenance of a complex system of mainframe, server level and desktop software that supports the fulfillment of high priority end-use requisitions during the three to four weeks when management is being transferred, and processing is stopped in both legacy and Navy ERP systems for the transferred items. My duties include the design, development, testing, distribution, and maintenance of; the online user interface for entering and filling requisitions, the queries and reports used to manage fleet support, and the ORACLE database that supports the entire process and allows the global community of users to freely communicate.

Create training materials and support education of the users before cutover begins and the system operates in production. When the system is in operation during cutover, I monitor the system continually 3

and work with users and supply customers to ensure that fleet weapon system mission capabilities are not compromised because of supply support. When the cutover period ends, I extract all the data from the system and pass to Navy ERP in milstrip format to catch up the requisitions.
