Consultant -NISG (June 2020 – Present)

Presently working as a Consultant at JBVNL, Ranchi. Managing stakeholders by acting as a liaison between vendors and client.

− Prepared FRS, SRS, and build high-level Software Architecture to design a product to automate business process of tendu leaves collection.

− Performed As-Is and To-Be analysis to develop low fidelity product prototype.

− Performed strategic analysis (SWOT, VRIO and Porter analysis) for new business opportunity in Data center.

− Vetted multiple RFBs to Prepare corrigendum by collaborating with world bank. Human Resources Consultant -Lenovo India (Internship April 19’ – July 19’)

− Developed project execution plan through story boarding and brainstorming sessions.
