To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Wayne E. Staab and I have worked in various forms of Industrial/ Engineered sales and management for the last 40 years. I am writing on behalf of Michael Combley who I have had the great pleasure of working with over the last four plus years. Michael is one of the most driven, dedicated sales professionals that I have ever met. He has a competitive spirit and has always had an eye on the short and long term goals that makes a sales professional successful in our industry. He is engaging and never seems to run out of energy with a great sense of humor that I find refreshing.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael on several projects and we have spent many hours after normal working hours and on weekend discussing ways to achieve sales goals and opportunities. Living on the East Coast there has not been a time when Michael has not been available. I am going to miss not having Michael on our sales team and if I was in management would not hesitate to hire Michael.

Please feel free to call or email me if you need any further information. Regards,

To Whom it May Concern:

I am providing this letter of recommendation for Mr. Michael Combley. I have enjoyed both a profession and personal relationship with Mr. Combley dating back to 1984 and I am happy to advise that this relationship continues to this day. I worked for NJ TRANSIT at the time and was working with Michael when he was an employee of Lift-U Incorporated, manufacturer of wheelchair lifts used on transit buses when Michael was the technical services representative for Lift- U who was working diligently to conduct campaign design revisions to the lift design while buses were in revenue service. I found Mr. Combley to be very professional, articulate in his explanation of the corrective action and design revisions and overall, an excellent representative for the Lift-U organization. The work performed by Michael on behalf of Lift-U for NJ TRANSIT continued through numerous bus orders during my tenure at NJ TRANSIT. Mr. Combley had a substantial undertaking as there were a total of 271 buses in operation and this required him to travel to numerous NJ TRANSIT operating garages to affect the required repairs. Michael was not deterred by the scope of work nor the associated statewide travel. Michael's business ethic was exactly what was needed and his keen attention to detail and defect and design resolution was a true asset to the Lift-U organization which benefited NJ TRANSIT greatly.

After this initial exposure, I continued to work with Michael through his career and continued both our professional relationship and friendship and am pleased to provide my highest recommendation. Michael would be a true asset to any employer requiring his wide range of skillsets, work ethic, technical marketing skills and attention to safety in the workplace.

Sincerely,

Paul E. Kaufmann, Associate
