As a Front Office Supervisor my primary task is to make sure the Front Office operation is smooth and controlling in absence of Front office manager – Since Front Office is the place where guests first come into contact with the hotel and staff thus requires all attention and is the primary task to make sure that it runs smoothly and effectively.
