Weekly and monthly stock taking effected on time and reports on same submitted at right time.

Stock issued to Sales Representative on schedule each day.

Minimum stock levels, reorder levels, reorder quantities and lead times. Kept for all products and purchase requisitions raised appropriately at all times for Management to effect purchase orders, to ensure no product shortages are experiences.
