Lead Support/Assembler/Janitorial August 12, 2020- October 15,2020

In this job they first had me assembling drawers and beds. Once we completed around 70 plus we would also set up panels to divide the area into personal patient rooms. Once we finished the assembling then they got rid of everyone and only kept a few to do janitorial service. Beginning of the shift I would do a walk around the whole perimeter to see if there were any trash or issues outside, and would check the trash cans outside. Then I would go inside and check the lobby, check the trash cans inside and check restrooms every hour. I would also restock all cleaning products. I Also trained a lot of other people on how to do their job correctly and efficiently. Taught others how to properly clean,where to throw the trash and what to do every hour. I would enforce them to follow the to do list and complete every task assigned.

Take off tags, cut the netting, break down pallets, Compile pallets(building them up with different products) wrap pallets, load trailers and write down each pallet on loading forms. Clean area at the end of our shift. While on the forklift I would inspect the forklift before every use, once inspected I would then get an order form from inside the office. Once I got an order assigned to me then I would go get the pallets with produce and stage full pallets, or make mixed pallets. Next step is to write down what goes in the mixed pallet then have that order ready to go. Once the truck would get to the warehouse; We load the pallets and write down what went where. Finishing loading the truck we notify the truck driver load complete.

HVAC Mechanical Insulator

Apply, remove, and repair insulation on industrial equipment, pipes, duct work, or other mechanical systems such as heat ex changers, tanks, and vessels, to help control noise and maintain temperatures. I would start by measuring the duct or what is going to be insulated and then cut the right size, then I would wrap around the object tape it and put phelp with staples. After that I would paint over the phelp with a retarder plaster reason being so;to prevent moisture movement within an insulated cavity. At the end of the day I would pick up all my tools and equipment and clean up the area to be ready for the next day.

Once I clock in I go outside and clean the parking lot of any trash there may be after that check the restrooms then pick up plates, wipe down and reorganize items from tables with a clean sanitized cloth and a bus tub. Then rinse off plates and then put into the dishwasher machine after it's done cleaning I then put the plates and cups on racks, after that take them to the cooks and put the cups where they go. While doing all this I go check the bathrooms to see if they need to be cleaned if they do I clean them as well and if they to be furnished with toilet paper or any type of paper or if they need soap.At the end of my shift I start fully cleaning the bathrooms, sweep the floors mop the floors, throw the trash. Before clocking out I would double check the tables to make sure of no dirty tables. Lastly I would clean my work area where all the dishes go for the next person so that person won't have to struggle.

Dishwasher/fry cook/grill cook Jan 02,2016- Aug 11 2016

Dishwasher: take off food from plates and then throw wastes on trash cans once that was done rinse off plates and cups with hose before running them through a machine which washes and sanitizes them.then I would then stack plates in a cart to and take them to the front once they got full. There would be 3 or 4 of us in the dish room but sometimes I had to do it all myself. I would also volunteer to clean the bathrooms since nobody else would want to do them. Fry cook: prep the flours mixing various ingredients to make specific flours while cooking the food such as fried chicken,chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, chicken fingers, fried pork chops, fried okra, french fries, sometimes make tortilla chips etc. at the end of the day I would clean and sanitize my area and then go help out in the dish room to help them out. As the fryer: I would still clean the bathrooms at the end of my shift this would be after finishing helping the dish room. Grill cook: Here I was still learning but I learned how to make the Angus steaks, tilapia (blackened, Cuban, etc.) also prepared macaroni, cooked the baked chicken and other types of food.. I would also go outside to pick up the trash from the parking lot and put in a trash bag.

I would either be on the top or the bottom of the warehouse at the top I would be breaking the boxes with produce meaning smash the boxes to a steel pipe to loosen up since they would be frozen after doing so i would throw it in a machine where it gathers up the fruits and mixes them together and bags the produce properly so the bottom portion which is the warehouse would be stacking the product and stacking in the pallets I did both.

I helped the customers with their issues and used the software and tools to best assist the customers. duties included giving excellent customer service and getting all their information and typing it on the computer. leave a report on the customer using what we call asd software we basically create a case for the customer so when and if they call back any previous rep that assisted the customer would show up in the cases. I would also have the duties to follow up with the customers within seven days If their issue was not resolved so I could see if they needed any further assistance. I would also de- escalate cases when the cx wanted to talk to a supervisor for assistance or when they were hostile due the previous rep service. I would also get kudos calls- which were calls when the customer would want to take to my supervisor for great customer service.
