Job Responsibilities:

●Implementing and monitoring of all electrical related works at site as per approved drawing and safety rules.

●Attending the site meetings.

●Estimation of material as per drawing.

●Preparation of measurement

●Preparations of commissioning report.

●Preparation of as built drawings.

●Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, Projects specification and all applicable standards whether local, national standards.

●Installation of fire Alarm System

●Estimates prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipments, tools, etc; required for all electrical related works prior to execution.

●Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.

●Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standard or specification prior to execution of any jobs.

●Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all electrical work group at site

●To prepare pricing studies and BOQ’s, by coordinating with the concerned project/technical teams

●Performing trouble shooting and fixing of major electrical problems.

●Submits site daily report, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.

●Ensure construction works are performed in accordance with project, work schedule and specifications in expected quality and on time.

●Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health,safety, sanitary and environmental standards.

●Supervises electrical draftsmen and check cad drafting as and when required.

●Responsible for electrical system design, specification/commissioning assistance.

●Ensure that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.

●Prepare all systems details such as schematics, calculations, and schedule and connection details.

●Planning and analyzing all possible construction methodologies and recommend the best option for approval prior to execution at site.

●Designs all electrical systems including power, lighting, extra low voltage system.

●Identify material needs in the site on time, perform warehouse controls regularly.

●Carrying out all electrical works and equipment installation activities.

●Check material received on site (adequacy, quality and compliance with specification).

●Check about defects or incomplete works in the site which are reported by the client/consultant, take preventive corrective actions against potential issues.

●Submit daily/weekly/monthly report to the Project Manager.

Computer Knowledge:

●Basic knowledge of computer with MS Word, MS Excel and Auto CAD.
