Personnel & HRD Functions:

To Conceptualize HR Philosophy, develop & implement HR Policies, system & procedures in order to achieve company's objectives by motivating people for their maximum output & efficiency.

Periodically monitoring manpower requirement & recruiting quality manpower in cost effective manner.

Conducting Campus Interviews.

Monitoring, reviewing & implementing HR & personnel policies in order to achieve the best performance potential & building a committed team.

Ensuring timely processing of wages & Salary, reimbursement etc. in order to fulfil contractual obligations & filling of returns under various labour law etc.

Industrial Relations Functions:

Planning & executing IR strategy, interacting & maintaining relations with unions, to anticipate & resolve short & long-term issues in order to ensure smooth efficient environment & industrial harmony in the plant.

Representing the Management before conciliation authorities.

Appearing before Presiding Office, Labour Court in labour cases.
