I joined the sewing group at Desmond Tutu centre, the aim was to make clothes and sell at the end of the month.
As a team leader I advised my team members to work as a team and communicate with each other in order for us to work well and finish earlier We did exactly that and it was successful because all the staff that we made was all sold out and some of the customers even made the orders for the next coming month.
