Job Responsibility: Manage orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs

Maintaining Logistics data in MS excel

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations

Validating & filling the Documents.

Creating GRN.

Planning & Executing Packing Material procurement

Inventory Management: Ensuring proper and effective Bin Management of Spare Parts.

Maintaining Safety Stock Level of Critical / Fast Moving parts.

Conducting Monthly Cycle Count.

Maintaining the record of Internal Part Issue and Return transactions.

Ensure to all critical parts in ESD Packing.

Allocating & Maintaining separate location for Good & Defective Parts.

Maintaining Defective / Scrap Parts list.

Maintaining Packing Material Inventory.

Outbound: Issuing the Spare Parts to Service Technicians on request.

Organizing Daily dispatches to Customer.

Ensuring proper packaging of parts to avoid any damage during transit.

Ensuring Zero Defective Dispatch.

Organizing periodical Defective Export Shipments to Vendors.

Maintaining all Outbound Records.

Freight & Courier Management: Coordinating with Local Clearing Agent for import shipment clearance.

Liaison with Finance Team regarding Duty amount.

Coordinating with Freight Forwarder to obtain Quote for Export shipment and assisting for finalization.
