Position: Senior Digital Marketing Manager (previously Marketing Manager)

With offices/representation in over 12 different territories, during my tenure I have been responsible for the management and optimisation of the company's digital (owned, earned, and paid-for) assets including the 18-culture website, targeting both retail, affiliate, partner, and institutional investors & traders, globally.

The role encompasses regional campaign development employing e-CRM cross/up-sell and retention (Salesforce > Pardot), social paid for and organic promotion, on and offline comms, events/expo’s, reputation management, ATL advertising, sponsorship, product, and platform launch/‘roll-out’, performance acquisition and remarketing advertising (search, display (HTML5) and programmatic), trading app. and in-store (download) marketing, white label services fulfilment, (trading) promotion and competition development, award and press engagement, and customer reviews management.

As the functional team lead, I have managed the site website dev. team (front/ back end, full stack and team lead - .Net, Kentico CMS), creative studio (graphic, UX/UI design, and video) and marketing team including content, CRM, and performance direct and dotted line reports.

Agency selection and management include performance, SEO (technical, in page and backlinking), site development (WP) reputation management, analytics, and translation agencies.

During my time at ThinkMarkets, I have introduced a unified reporting structure (performance platforms account, properties, and container rationalisation) transactional attribution, and GA ‘goal’ suite, and data studio automated MIS reporting.

Site enhancements, driven by testing and engagement/conversion metrics, include regional new asset class sections, SEO driven (link building) content sections, refreshed menu-ing and careers section, as well as new FAQ and market news sections (multi-culture) and delivered improved site load and performance times employing JS/CSS refactoring, consolidation and compiling.
