Worked with Concentrix Daksh India Services Pvt Ltd formerly known as IBM Daksh as Band 4 Sr Representative Operations for an American insurance company from 19th of March 2015 to 1st of June 2021.

Role: 1) Looking for the annuity process. Payment posting for single and group sub pays. 2) Giving support to the junior processor in solving there queries. 3) Preparing the ops call deck for my LOB as well as for other LOB's also.

Worked with Aegis Bpo as a Sr. Customer Care Executive from September 15, 2014, to April 6, 2015 for the Vodafone Platinum process.

Worked in Navigators Software Pvt Ltd as Front Office cum Admin Executive from 12/04/2013 to 29/5/2014.

Role: 1) Receive, direct and relay telephone calls/messages. 2) Supervise the house keeping staffs and peons. Monitoring with office cleanliness.
