Activities / Responsibilities:

Worked as Line Quality Engineer to meet the Standards of ISO9001:2015 & ISO TS 16949:2016 from July 2016 to June 2017. Included documentation of Patrol Inspection,FIR Reports & handling of machine equipment’s for testing.

Promoted as Senior Quality Engineer in July 2017 for In house Quality Monitoring to reduce the rejection percentage and handling customer complaints. Part Layout plan for carrying out part dimensions, MSA for Machine equipment’s, SPC for critical dimensions and CAPA & 8D reports for customer complaints.

Added responsibility of supervising Incoming Inspection for all products, which included Plastic, Metal & Rubber parts and conducting supplier audit to maintain quality at incoming stage from Jan 2018.

New Product Development – Supporting the NPD team in tool design patterns and also while taking samples and to conduct technical Review assessment to meet the customer requirement.
