& precommissioning related to station piping, pipelines, tank equipment & structures.

• Inspection & Erection of pipes & pipe fittings as per isometric drawing, P&ID, codes & standards.

• Conducting stage wise Inspection for fabrication &erection of piping, tanks, pressure vessel & Pipelines as per ITP applicable standards & approved drawings.

• Monitoring & Review of all the welding fabrication and erection activities as per client approved inspection, test plan & quality control procedures.

• Monitoring weld fit-up, welding parameters, preheat temperature, interpass tempera ture, surface weld defects&post weld heat treatment(PWHT).

• Review Of QA/QC procedures like metrical control procedure, welding consumable control procedure, NDT procedure, PWHT procedure, painting or coating procedure etc

• Conducting WFT & DFT, Holiday test, Adhesion test for painting or coating inspection as per applicable codes and standards.

• Conducting of all major NDT tests & Review of reports.

• Making of PQR and verification of correctness of WPS.

• Documentation & certification as per standards & requirements.
