Pumps:

vManaging maintenance in all type of pumps such as centrifugal, reciprocating & rotary pumps

vObtaining a complete check list of the dismantled equipment and keeping a record of the same

vInspecting condition of rotating parts namely shaft, sleeve, impeller, oil deflectors, wearing, bearing, coupling and stationary parts such as casing, stuffing box, distance pieces and bearing housing

vAdministering renewal of mechanical seals, replacement of rotor checking wearing and throat bushes, bearing clearances

vMaintaining the required Radial & Axial Float in Multistage Pumps

vChecking the stuffing box squareness and concentricity using dial gauge during pump assembly

vPerforming hydro test of pumps to determine mechanical seal and casing leaks

vOverhauling of reciprocating pump such as plunger pump & diaphragm pump including renewal of plunger packing, oil seals, suction discharge valves checking & servicing

Reciprocating Compressor:

vInspecting dismantling & assembling coupling, fly wheel, crank shaft, connecting rod, crosshead, gudgeon pin, piston rod, piston and cylinder

vMaintaining limited clearance of main bearing, big-end and small-end bearing with direct or pressurized lubrication systems

vManaging the refurbishment of suction & discharge valves, unloaded and renewal of cylinder liner

vReplacing the piston rings, rider/guider rings, stuffing box packing & wiper rings

vChecking & adjusting the Cross Head Shoe Clearance, TDC & BDC; respecting the minimum deflection on piston rods

vPerforming alignment of compressor with driver equipment

Centrifugal Compressor:

vInspecting, dismantling & installing thrust bearings (plain and tilting-pad's type) with direct and pressurized lubrication systems

vLocating position of rotor assembly and ensuring proper installation of gas seals or oil film seal

vRespecting the redial & minimum axial clearance between impellers and diaphragm and delivery dimensions of volute

vPerforming the alignment between driver and driven units

Steam Turbines:

vPerforming Preventive, Predictive & Corrective Maintenance

vParticipating in minor, intermediate and major servicing and inspection

vManaging tasks such as rotor replacement, bearing inspection and bearing renewal, blade clearance checking & DPT check

vSupervising cold and hot alignment

Gas Turbines:

vManaging all types of running maintenance, shutdown maintenance and breakdown maintenance jobs

vPerforming bearing inspection, axial float checking & correcting vibration checking D.P.T. testing, bore cope inspection, detergent wash in proper period

vEnsuring PM checking & troubleshooting both lube oil & fuel pump and cooling fan

vMaintaining labyrinth seal clearance, replacing injection nozzle, conducting hot gas path inspection

vExecuting major inspection, combustor inspection and swing test

Gear Box:

vConducting general maintenance overhauling tooth checking gears replacement, backlash measurement and correction of gearbox fin fan

vPerforming Blade Inspection and Replacement, Blade Angle Checking, Bearing Housing Inspection and Belt Tightness

vChecking Motor Pulley & Fan Pulley Alignment, Belt Replacement and Parameters Checking

Mechanical Seal:

vAssembling reconditioning and replacing all type of mechanical seals such as single, double, tandem and cartridge seals, having single, multi-spring and bellow type

Valves:

vServicing and testing valves such as gate valves, globe valves, angle valves, ball valves, check valves

vWorking on diaphragm valves, butterfly valves, pressure safety valves, pressure relief valve, wing valves & needle valve

Heat Exchangers:

vManaging U-tube exchangers, fixed type exchanger, floating head exchanger, spading and cover dropping

vPerforming bundle pulling tube cleaning by hydro jetting, leak check, hydro test of shell and tube, plugging the tube if damaged, installing the both side covers with new gasket

Reactors:

vBlinding & de-blinding of the line, removal, cleaning, inspection works & installation of catalyst transfer pipes, plug distributor, surge pot, inner screen & outer screen

vCoordinating with QC for performing final inspection approved by client and box up of the equipment
