Managed project schedules, resources and $9MM budget, and interface with Petronas Carigali Iraq Holding (client) in Dubai and PETRONAS/CH2MHill FEED team in Abu Dhabi, mentored young engineers, conducted panel interviews to fill critical positions for EPCC phase, and supported project deliberation with South Oil Company and pre-award activities.

Led team in preparing FEED deliverables and issuing ITB documents for EPCC of Train 3/4/5 and Integrated Gas Processing Plant (IGPP) to enable production ramp-up of sweet crude from Mishrif Field in Iraq to 250kbpd by 2017.

Led team in completing pre-FEED work on IGPP for sour gas from Yamama Field to supplement oil production from Mishrif Field and sustain PPT post-2020.

Led team in facilitating suitable location and layout of sour crude trains and facilities through proper risk mitigation studies, including H2S dispersion study, development of individual risk contours and coarse QRA.

Provided engineering input into oil and gas field development plans in close cooperation with stakeholders and conducted studies and prepared project development plans to rejuvenate and upgrade surface production facilities. Provided technical support to crude oil terminal, gas compression and conditioning plants, and refinery.

Optimized crude dehydration process to minimize emulsion dispersion and carryover to export tanks and improve oil separation by more than 200%. Conducted hydraulic and computational fluid dynamic studies and developed basis for design (BfD) and economic analysis for short-term gains.

Conducted FEED, developed EPC contract, and led team to install, commission and qualify new electrolysis system to replace liquefied chlorine gas. Enabled chlorine plant to be decommissioned/demolished for effluent water treatment plant expansion; contributed 5% onshore oil production increase from enhanced water reinjection.

Managed services contract and remediation study of 10 disused disposal sites through risk-based corrective action (RBCA) approach, and developed remediation plans with fit-for-purpose options, resulting in savings of millions of dollars from unwarranted full remediation work.

Conducted hydraulic studies and developed BfD to mitigate design flaws in onshore water reinjection facility, providing opportunity to increase oil production from 2 depleting onshore wells.
