Seeking Mechanical Engineering assignment in the field of Oil & Gas Industry

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Ensure and monitoring the qualified welding procedures and welders as per the standards.

• Review and monitor the PQR and WPQ documents as per standard.

• Inspection and documentation for Raw materials

• Review and ensure the Fit-up Inspection as per the Drawings and WPS.

• Ensure and monitor the proper handling and storage of Welding consumables

• Review and ensure the Welding parameters and Pre –heat /inter-pass which is specified in the WPS

• Review and visual Inspection carried out for fine finish welded components

• Review and Inspect RT films and physical witness of Hydro test and pneumatic test

• Ensure and documentation of Full filament Inspection and test requirements as per standards

• Compilation of test packs and raising NCR when during inspection

• Review and monitor of verification and calibration of Instruments

• Familiar with the piping fabrication materials like CS, SS, LTCS, CRA, AS and Inconel (P45) etc.

• Ensure and maintaining Weld history and welder performance record documentation

• Witness and review of PWHT and Hardness test

• Familiar about the ASME sec-IX,ASME B31.3,ASME-sec VIII,ASME-sec II,ASME-secV

• Exposure in various welding process like SMAW, GTAW, SAW etc.

• Witnessing Hydro,Pneumatic and carboard blast Test

• Witness and review of pipeline piging
