Facilitated setting up of a training center which would reduce hotel conference meetings & increase internal conveniences.

Streamlined the Contracting process through setting up an excel based tracker which captures all details regarding a contract i.e. start date, expiry date, contract duration and value.

Cost Reduction through negotiation for discounts, identifying measures to cut down on expenses.

Developed a Supplier Information Form that would ensure that current & prospective Suppliers provides KYC documents and assist in Due Diligence Exercise. The form was approved and adopted for all future supplier information requests.

Participated in the 2013/2016 Prequalification Evaluation Exercise which helped the organization to identify prospective suppliers for the period.
