Review of Documents, Drawings, comments from Consultant & Vendors for the Static and Rotating Equipment’s & Associated Auxiliary Structures.

Preparation and checking of equipment specifications, data sheet for packages, static, rotary etc.

Making a schedule for controlling issues in all of design documents and discuss with clients if any correction.

Checking all the design outputs of equipment’s specification, data sheet, reports etc.

Clarification of design documents with the clients as needful.

Participating meeting with clients for problem solving, reports submission etc.

Preparation of Method Statement requirements & procedure for the erection and alignment of Static and Rotary equipment, structural, fabrication, rigging plan submission for approval etc.

Installation and Alignment of Boilers, Heavy lift equipment’s like Flare stack, Vessels, Reactors, compressors, turbine, Pumps, Exchangers, Fin fan coolers,conveyor, internals for vertical column, vessels,etc.

Erection and alignment of Heavy Pressure Vessels, Steam Super Heater Furnace, Re- boiler Furnace, Self-supported Flare Stack (145 M & 125 M), Packages etc.

Pre-commissioning process according to the clients requirements as identified with technical specifications and contractual scope of the work follows as by vendors instructions too.

Coordinate pre-commissioning activities with clients, vendors, QC,

Offering request for inspection (RFI) for inviting the client for inspection.

Preparing technical queries (TQ) for the any mechanical field problems.

Involving construction check sheet closing(CCMS,ITR,).

Monitor all safety aspects of the Erection works at site.

Implementation of the HSE policies at site for the betterment of workforce and site.

Awareness and understanding of all safety rules and regulation in company.

Keeping a daily log of all detail work force and material used.

Submitting weekly / monthly reports.

Bill of Quantities preparation based on Drawings.

Calculation of total fabricated quantities and Preparation of client Bill as per as built site condition.
