Duties:

I am responsible in the assistance of acquiring quotations from graphic designers and other suppliers.

I am responsible in the assistance of the branding approval workflow via e-mails.

I assist with the management of the departmental marketing material (banner bank)

I am part of the assistance for the updating of the UFS CI projects on the various official UFS communication channels.

I assist with the writing and distribution of various communication regarding the UFS branding e.g., letters and newsletters.

I assist with the maintenance and updates of the UFS Brand Guidelines website.

I assist with the liaison of photographers and graphic designers to create marketing material and advertisements for the UFS merchandise store – Kovsie Gear.

I assist with the maintenance and updating of the Kovsie Gear webpage on the UFS website.
